Disable advanced capabilities #447

While having a version of the sample which is for IBM MQ, and not IBM MQ Advanced, could be useful, I don't think it should be the only sample. It is also definitely not recommended to adjust the MQ Advanced for Developers swidtag files, as this free, unwarranted version, is always MQ Advanced.

@arthurbarr Sorry, this MR should be created to my fork only to compare the changes. It makes no sense to merge it to master in the current state.

I adjusted the swidtag files only to avoid bug #437. We want an IBM MQ container, non-advanced, because we only have a MQ license. To be sure not to violate our license, we want to have the property ADVCAP to be DISABLED. According to the documentation it should not be necessary to modify swidtag, but it is unfortunately.

When you say a non-advanced sample could be useful and there is interest in supporting it, I could provide an MR with an option to build without advanced features, for example with a separate build call make build-devserver-non-advanced.
