Allow Queue Manager details and credentials to be set if present by the environment variables - 

  MQ_BADGE_QM_HOSTNAME
  MQ_BADGE_QM_PORT
  MQ_BADGE_QM_NAME
  MQ_BADGE_USER
  MQ_BADGE_PASSWORD
  MQ_BADGE_CHANNEL
