Examples in C for MQI #203

I want to see an example in C, where the MQ client and MQ server are on a different host. In this repository there are no such examples. In 9.3.4.1-IBM-MQC-UbuntuLinuxX64.tar.gz and the included in it ibmmq-samples_9.3.4.1_amd64.deb , there are also no such examples.
