Thanks for this. I had been holding off updating until a future version of Spring Boot is available (which is now expected very soon, and has a feature I want to exploit). But I think I'll take this PR anyway because that next Boot version is a shift in minor number so it will be good to have something current in the 2.1 stream in case people don't want to move up immediately to 2.2.

Thanks @ibmmqmet. I would appreciate an updated version for the Spring Boot 2.1.x stream. Do you plan to push the 2.1.3 version of the starter to Maven Central?

If I can .... the upload system at Sonatype seems to have been broken the last few days. Cannot get anything added to Maven.

v2.1.4 should now be live in Maven Central (2.1.3 got hit by the outages at sonatype and somehow only had a partial transfer so had to do a new version number).
