Issue55 - Fix Cloudant plan name #56

As per issue #55, change the Cloudant plan from "Shared" to "Lite".

Also updated dependencies and remove references to Redis (this is now handled by the Simple Cache Service).

Don't merge until tested on Bluemix :)
