Linode (Akamai Connected Cloud) support #427

Linode (Akamai Connected Cloud) support

Linode now offers cloud-init support, which makes CloudBench immediately
usable on Linode. Yay.

There are also a number of bug and security fixes included that were
needed to make this work.

libcloud support for Linode also has to be modified. I have already
completed those modifications, but have not yet made a pull request
to realize them.

That pull request should be coming soon.

Pretty good change/fixes. Passed the (simulated) regression test. LGTM
