Add Support for Nutanix

First of all, thank you for the contribution! At the moment, I do not see a good way for me to test it, given we don't have access to a Nutanix cloud.

However, I do know for a fact that this cloud adapter is necessary for a pressing SPECCloud IaaS 2018 submission, and in the interest of expediting the process, will merge this PR now. Later, we can add fixes as needed.
