HarfangLab EDR connector's first version

Description

This is the first version of the connector between HarfangLab EDR and IBM Security QRadar SOAR.

Motivation and Context

Major HarfangLab's customers ask for such connector.

How Has This Been Tested?

The following tests have been performed:

• Automatic testing of the HarfangLab SDK that is included in the connector
• Manual testing of all included functions and playbooks.
