Semeru RPM Contains NOOP pretrans Scriptlet #13

The Semeru Open Edition 11.0.13.0 JDK RPM does NOT conform to Fedora package rules: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/packaging-guidelines/Scriptlets/#pretrans .

There is an empty (# noop ) pretrans scriptlet in the RPM that requires /bin/sh. This prevents the RPM from being installed in the same transaction as bash.

This will be fixed in this week's release.

The release is not actually expected this week, look for it next week.

This was fixed in the January update (11.0.14.0 etc)
