desktop software not working #348

Desktop software does not launch. OS X 10.6.6 x86_64, Java -version 1.6.0_22 
(update 3) 64 bit. Have to kill process everytime. 32 bit complains of 64 bit 
JRE when tried so I went to everything 32 bit with same result.

I'm now having this issue in Windows 7 64 bit. Neither the 32 or 64 bit apps 
will launch.

Solved: I had Java 32 and 64 bits installed (version 26). I've uninstalled 64 
bits version and desktop has back to work!
