- show config tab for localPeerId
- let libp2p update the localMonitor peerInfo
- show 150 healthchecks in the member and service performance chart
- add meta field to monitor for announce data
- add new task to announce meta
- update monitor list/page to use monitor.meta.name if available
- add service logo
- prevent navigation on service list when clicking on IBP links
