This PR is to merge further change made in https://github.com/lbl-srg/modelica-buildings/pull/3976 after PR #1923 was merged.
Namely, texts and the figure from the documentation of Buildings.Fluid.HydronicConfigurations were copied here. As the HydronicConfigurations package is not available in IBPSA and other downstream libraries, users will no longer need to rely on an external link to review how the default curve was generated.
