This is to accommodate the tutorial within the /docs to the major update implemented in https://github.com/ibpsa/project1-boptest-gym/pull/119. Notice that boptest-gym-service, which is used in the tutorial, has been updates with those changes as well. We may want to implement a test for such a tutorial in this issue.
