Hi Javier,

I just created a parallel project, hope you can review it!

@XiangweiW I appreciate a lot your work on implementing parallel learning and your PR. However, I see you've added all the files from project1-boptest. Normally, in this repository we assume that we interact with a certain version of BOPTEST, but without adding the BOPTEST repository content. I'll therefore close this PR. Could you please open a new PR that only adds the generateDockerComposeYml.py and parallel_BOPTESTgymTrain.py files? we will take it from there. Also, could you open an issue here and associate your new PR to that issue?
