This issue is to migrate BOPTEST-Gym from Stable Baselines 2 to Stable Baselines 3. Note the migration guide. This issue will be addressed after updating to the latest BOPTEST version: see issue https://github.com/ibpsa/project1-boptest-gym/issues/94.
