Update tutorials for v0.4.0

Now that v0.4.0 is released and BOPTEST-Service deployment is supporting v0.4.0, this is issue is to:

• [x] Update relevant tutorials and notebooks with necessary API changes.
• [ ] Also suggest updating to use json attribute instead of data attribute in Python requests due to #528. Wait until #533 resolved.
