This is for #626. It stores scenario result trajectories in a csv file and kpis plus other scenario test information in a json file each within the test case working directory of test case docker container.
@HWalnum I made a couple updates since https://github.com/ibpsa/project1-boptest/pull/629, and reverted what's submitted to the dashboard back to what it is currently. I suggest we add storage of forecast/input/measurement points as a separate issue, which also needs to be coordinated with an update to the dashboard to accept such new fields. I'll log it in https://github.com/ibpsa/project1-boptest/issues/514 to track.
