Wp3 uesgraphs #21

As discussed I'll added a exemplary usage of uesgraphs with @FelixBue nodes and pipe data. In addition i added the resulting plot of the graph. Nothing special but maybe a good option to use it for further expanding the test case. Pipe diameter calculation follows hopefully some time.
