Wp3: Networks and Pipe sizing updated #24

Two changes:

  1. Updated the Python script for pipe dimensioning in order to generate a csv file without the nodes names

  2. Update the plug flow network to be automatically sized from the csv file. Added a network with Dynamic pipe models.
