Updated the calculation of pipe insulation thickness in the network sizing script. Updated the Modelica models accordingly.

I think this looks good and we can merge it. Unfortunately i do not have any write access. Could one of you please take care about that?

As we are at merging then, we could update the WP3 branch with the master as well
