deleting backup Iphonebrowser #164

Can someone help me?

I did an iphone upgrade from version 2.2.2 to 3.1.2. 
I made a backup of the user with Iphonebrowser.
Then I installed the new firmware and did the jailbreak with BlackRa1n.
Everything worked so I wanted to load my data back in the Iphone with 
Iphonebrowser. When I tryed to open the program it wouldn't run...? I had 
to download the latest version of the program.
So I did an uninstall of the current version and then installed the latest.
The program worked again but I can't seem to find my backups...? Is it 
possible that they have been deleted while uninstalling the program...?
Is there any way I can retrieve my data, I really lost nearly everything...

please can someone help me...?

Where did you save the backup of user information? Uninstalling shouldn't delete
those files unless you saved them in the iPB Program folder.
