v1.93 will not run in 64 bit windows 8 #281

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install program on Windows 8, 64 bit.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Program should run, but it quits immediately when run 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.91 on Windows 8, 64 bit.

Please provide any additional information below.

none. There is an error window that is displayed quickly that iphonebrowser is 
closing
