Rewrite the Takedown Ability #21

instead of using ability task and line trace all the time, what if the target starts advertising themselves to the nearest player? and switch to third-person when performing takedown or being taken down.

also rewrite the mess that is the damageable and takedownable codebase (I mess up the naming so it's very confusing right now).

Oh and also change the UI prompt that shows up when there is a takedownable enemy (right now it only says press e to interact)
