Request for Download Link to Pretrained Models for CT2Rep #5

Dear authors, Thank you for your contribution. I have successfully implemented the CT2Rep on my own dataset and am interested in using the pretrained models. However, I could not find the download links for the pretrained models.

Could you please provide the links for downloading these pretrained models? Access to these models would greatly facilitate my research work and help in replicating the results mentioned in your studies.

+++ That would greatly help. I tried to use the CT-CLIP Zero Shot, but it seems it uses a different CT-CLIP configuration

Hi @bonaventuredossou, I hope you are doing well. I’m reaching out to see if you have run the CT2Rep model on your system and if you could assist me with the inference process. I have a few questions regarding the input size and other details. As I'm new to medical imaging, I'm having difficulty understanding the code in the repository.

Could you possibly share any inference code you’ve written or guide me on how to execute the model? Any feedback or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time!
