Labels overlap on Pie chart

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create some numbers like 9%,60%,10% 11%, 10% that close to
2. Create a pie chart
3. The labels for close number overlap each other.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Labels for pie chart should be apart from each other not overlapping so users 
are able to see the label easily.

Please provide a source code snippet that we can use to replicate the issue.

What version of the product binary library are you using?

Please provide any additional information below.
