Support zoom on a pie chart #71

Please support zooming on a pie chart.  Right now, I am using a home grown 
zooming solution, because it's hard to see the actual values on a pie chart on 
a small screen.  It would be nice if this could be natively supported for a 
more consistent result.

Added support for zoom (both buttons and pinch) for pie, doughnut and dial 
charts.
Available in SVN rev. r202.
