OpenID deprecation #1009

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to https://cnp-rainfall.appspot.com/openid_login.html
2. Click the "sign in with google"
3. Error 400 appears, "OpenID auth request contains an unregistered domain: 
https://cnp-rainfall.appspot.com/"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should be able to login with Google but instead am diverted to a page telling 
me OpenID is being / has been deprecated.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ODK 1.4.3 on windows 8

Please provide any additional information below.

I'm unsure how to migrate to a newer version of OpenID given that ODK runs all 
the set up automatically.

work-around is discussed here:

Be sure the resulting ODKAggregate-settings.jar file unzips to the same 
directory structure as the original. The zipping-up of the files can sometimes 
introduce a nested ODKAggregate-settings directory.
