Encryption is not working #1018

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.survey in xlsform format attached. I have used both the windows .exe and the
xlsform web application (http://opendatakit.org/use/xlsform/) to create the .xls
2.I have submitted the xls form to the server
(https://srcodk.appspot.com/Aggregate.html#management/forms) where I can see
it, download it into my smart phone....
3.I am using "ODK Collect v1.4.3 rev 1041.apk" version of Collect.
4. As instructed I have installed openSSL and generated the keys.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect to have the resulting xms files upload encrypted into the server
or at the very least have them encrypted in my smart phone.

I have seen it might be because of some issues with duplicated id....I have
tried to reinstalled ODK Collect to start from scratch but no change.

Maybe I'm not using the right keys?

Hi,
I have found it. As it was to be expected it is a terribly silly but difficult
to see mistake on my side when putting the key into Excel.
