[ODK Collect] Position autoconfirmation when pos-error is less or equal to 5m

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. load any survey with position detect
2. click on take position button
3. it start searching position, an when it has an error of 5m (or less) it's 
confirmed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd like to confirm the position, when the error is 3m, and/or I'm in the exact 
place I'd like to record it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android 4.4.2 on Galaxy Tab4 8.0
GeoODK Collect 1.6
