It would be helpful if completed surveys were automatically submitted as soon 
as a data connection became available. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.1.4 on Android 1.5 and 1.6

It'll be very useful for exitpoll surveys!!
+ ability to set period of checking for new & submitting to balance application 
(server) load with many enumerators (e.g. exitpoll on election day)

As an update, the ODK team is looking into adding this type of functionality 
into the ODK 2.0 tool set.

What is the thumbsuck, what is the anticipated release date for odk 2.0?
