ODK Tables doesn't handle repeat configurations gracefully #870

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. import using the config file.
2. clear data to delete the shared preferences.
3. launch tables again.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect a near-immediate message saying tables already exist. Instead it 
often freezes or gets stuck, or the progress dialog even appears and is empty 
with something spinning. 

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.

Will be in the next Tables update. Now informs user that table already exists.
