I'm having same problems, but used same gmail account for both appspot and
enketo. I found another thread

mentioned something about a file named 'instances.sql' that was missing, but
not sure where to find it and what to do with it once found.

@piyushs..@gmail.com Your enketo.org plan needs to be confirmed. Could you
please check the Plan and Payment Tab inside
https://accounts.enketo.org/account/. If the 'Update Plan and Card' button is
clickable it is not confirmed. Simply click it and your issue should be
resolved.
( @patrickg...@gmail.com's issue has been resolved in our email discussion. It
was the same issue. )
