SFMOMA has commenting/review tools built into the admin. This should become part of GLAMkit, with the following changes:

The comment controls should be collapsible (as set by cookie), and should overlay the other content.
The comment view should be available from both the front-end and admin views of content. Thus it should only require Bootstrap styling classes.
