Region Block Information #6

This is information I have gathered about the Region Block. sorry I am new to github and am struggling with this, i am not a C programmer so i cannot really be of much more help. I hope that this information is useful and can lead to your program working with Regions.

Thanks, I won't merge this into master at the moment as the big xhtml file would add quite a lot of load to the repository, but I'll see what I can do based on this information.

That is all I was hoping for. I hope you can use the info. I wasn't sure about how to calculate the prediction and history stuff.. but the source code I linked to has some math and other stuff I didnt quite understand..
