[Content] Corrected (and simpliffied) Booter Quirks list #343

Fixed some Booter Quirks for Intel CPUs. Also reduced the list by merging Quirks for 2nd to 8th Gen into one since these CPUs all require the same Booter Quirks.

Just replace Booter-Quirks.txt in /Database/preset
