Im gettingerror when opening .sln file, (error when im opening AccountManager.cs while other files could be opened), also .sln file deletes and file DO NOT UPGRADE CEFSHARP - BREAKS FOR WIN7.note appears

Note: i haven't modified single file, got .NET 4.8.1, 4.8. 4.7 older versions and vcredist also downloaded
