WXR: with RAIN storm, when own ship was at 6500ft, we could confirm from visual that we're below the bottom of the storm. But we could still see ELEVN scan image at 5000ft showing weather ahead. And when we lowered ELEVN setting, rain shaft was not displayed. #221
