The code in this PR serves these major purposes:

  1. Creates a scraper for H1B Visa salary information
  2. Has a Jupyter Notebook to organize and clean the various data sources
  3. Provides some initial EDA for job postings (both from Virginia and Indeed)
  4. Provides some initial EDA for Indeed resumes
