adding siglum of textual witness to charter view #1044

For #1043. Adds a reference to cei:witness/@n, if available, to the single charter view as part of the witness-template.

So far, this is only used by the Fontenay collection. Testing was done with modified charters that had the @n-Attribute added to them locally. Below is how it looks in practice. Charter-CensimentoDOZA-56-Monasterium-net
