preserve original order of witnesses in single charter view #1096

Currently the display of witnesses in the single charter view is sorted by cei:archIdentifier (see https://github.com/icaruseu/mom-ca/blob/master/my/XRX/src/mom/app/charter/xsl/cei2html.xsl#L137). As part of preparing the Fontenay collection for release, it has been requested that the original order from the source file be preserved.
