The cei:dimensions display in cei2html.xsl does not currently denote the cei:height and cei:width elements, and does not support differentiation of cei:dimensions/@type and cei:dimensions/@unit attributes, such as are used in the Fontenay collection. Adding them would make the element much more expressive.
