extend schema with standard xml-attributes? #1105

Would it make sense to add the standard XML attributes xml:id and xml:lang to the schema? They compete with the @id and @lang definitions in the current schema.

including https://www.w3.org/2001/xml.xsd (as described in this very document) would be the way to go.

Effects on mom-ca code are hard to control, so it's rather risky compared to reduced benefits apart from replacing local models with shared ones and by this introducing more shared expectations.
