display cei:add in cei:tenor #219

@rend="show" displays them. Should they be marked e.g. like Gabler: Ulysses, Corpus Flaubertianum, Beckett Archive or Sattler Hölderlin edition?

Are additions considered as part of the default text and displayed by visual features or considered information rendered as annotation not breaking the main text? I tend to the first solution.
