Create lucene index for mycollection.public, controlled vocabularies #487

It seems that we currently have only full index on every atom:id and on metadata.charter.public, metadata.collection.public and metadata.imagecollections (https://github.com/icaruseu/mom-ca/tree/master/my/XRX/system/config/db/mom-data).

metadata.mycollection.public should be indexed parallel to collection.

As controlled vocabularies, geo-functionalities and personographies should become part of the search infrastructure indexing these collections (metadata.ControlleVocabulary.public, metadata.geo.public, metadata.person.public) seems to be recommended.
