users require `cei:issued` to describe a copy (`cei:witness`) #523

It makes sense to date the copy of document (use case: "Originale, BSNSP 2 AA III22 [A]; copia autentica di 1194 dicembre, BSNSP 2 AA III23 [B]" in the digital edition of the documents of Santa Maria della Grotta) Add reference to the element in cei:witness

Consequences for the current MOM-CA architecture is, that the major sorting point of each charter cannot be accessed anymore by //cei:issued anymore but should be specialised to cei:chDesc/cei:issued. The reference to the date occurs so foten that this feature would need a substantial refactoring of the code.
