include map in single charter view

todos: map subwidget is included in charter.widget, write service that compares geo.xml with placeName id, show map in div id "enhancedView" - do so with jquery in charter.js.

Our basic ideas is:

• create the <div> for map display from https://github.com/icaruseu/mom-ca/blob/master/my/XRX/src/mom/app/geoservices/widget/geomap.widget.xml anyway
• feed it with the data from cei:issued/cei:placeName[1]/@key in a geolocation-by-key-service to be written.
• keep it hidden in default view
• add an information icon, if cei:issued/cei:placeName[@key] (to check, if it resolves to a geolocation?)
• inject it via javascript in div/@id='enhancedView' when clicking on the information icon and hide it, when other information is injected into #enhancedView
