Enable storing, retrieval and reuse of selection of dataset #25

Add ability to save which datasets have been selected as a dataset in itself. This can
then be used to run e.g. multiple difference jobs on the same set of datasets. Treating
it as a dataset would allow ultimate flexibility.

Every job which runs should save the dataset selection. Combined with the job options
(#29), this would enable jobs to be rerun, with the same options and datasets.
