Path to MixCR is incorrect #8

Hi there, I just noticed the path to the current version to MixCR is incorrect and will throw a bad zip archive error.

This is the actual path:

https://github.com/milaboratory/mixcr/releases/download/v4.0.0/mixcr-4.0.0.zip

within the conf/params.conf file, which is currently:

https://github.com/milaboratory/mixcr/releases/download/v4.0.0/mixcr.zip

I have created a patch commit to this and submitted a pull request.
