Import of image data to make new measurements on and add new measurements to existing objects #59

In some cases measurements of new imaging data or new derived imaging data may be useful, incorporation of a processed image from a new approach including neighborhood analyses, etc.

Describe the solution you'd like Incorporations of gui mechanisms to 1) load image data to augment existing datset and 2) rerun the MeasurementsProcessor to incorporate new metrics.

Describe alternatives you've considered Resegmentation with additional channel including the new imaging data or additional measurment-unnecessarily resegmenting the dataset.

Additional context These were taken from issue #56 as there is a clear difference in when outside data would be incorporated. In #56 the incorporation is prior to object segmentation, this is post segmentation and involves the addition of features.

This has been available now in the explorer window(cdfbd46). New measurements can be performed on the existing imaging data or new/2nd image data.
