Seasonal/holiday characters #214

Existing chars (or new ones) maybe with seasonal or holiday themed clothes or items.

for example Halloween chars. possibly only available in October (hidden for other months). ideas: ghosts, vampires, zombies, pumpkins, witch, etc.

login choice or existing char converted for the event? (naito -> ghost naito)

also maybe Japanese holidays, Japanese month/day word play holidays, etc
